Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time:

 

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number is active within 24 hours.

Shipping Rates:

We ship worldwide. Because all items are unique in both size and fragility we ask you to contact us when it comes to the price of shipping . Of course it is also possible to pick up the item in any of our two locations in Oblarn, Austria or Opocno, Czech Republic.

Return & Exchange Policy

Colloredo Collections wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order, therefore if your item arrives and is not as described please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to find a solution. If you want to return the item we are not responsible for the shipping fee.

Customs and More:

Colloredo Collections is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Your ordered item will be sent with utmost care and protection. That said, 

Colloredo Collections is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
